What payment methods do you accept?
We generally accept Visa, Paypal and Stripe. If you do not trust paying for these systems, you can always contact us and we will provide you with a bank account where you can make a bank transfer from your bank.
Where are the meeting points?
It is probable that you make the reservation of the Tour before arriving at your destination, the collection points are usually at your vacation hotel or close by, we will be in contact until you confirm the vacation hotel and we will indicate the pick-up time for said hotel .
If you are already on the island and in your vacation hotel, tell us when making the reservation and we will send you the confirmation of the pick-up time from your vacation hotel by email.
Do I need to print a proof of payment?
No, the system tells us that it has been paid correctly and you do not need to justify it to us, at Discovery Tours we work on environmental sustainability and therefore we have optimized our internal reservation processes so that you do not have to print on paper.
In what languages are the Tours?
The available languages are: Spanish, English, German, French, Dutch, Italian, Polish and Russian. Once the reservation is made, we will know your native language and we will assign you a guide in your language. On the other hand, if your language is not in the list get in touch with us to see if we can help you or maybe you can speak a second language and go with a group of the language of your preference.
What if there is bad weather?
If the weather is not good, we will have the option to change the Tour for another day, we will notify you between 12-24 hours before the change. If for any reason you cannot change the Tour and you decide to cancel it, 100% of the reservation payment will be paid to you at no extra cost to you.
I want to cancel my reservation. How do i do it?
You just have to contact us via phone, whatapp or email and we will cancel it at no cost to you. You have to cancel 1 day before the tour and we will pay you 100% of what you have paid. You are on vacation and we do not want to get in the way, you come to enjoy and disconnect.
How do I request a refund?
We take care of everything, we will use the payment method you chose to make the refund since we have your data and it is easier and faster, we will notify you when the return is made.
