Itinerary
travel itinerary: We start the Tour from Maspalomas until we reach the Mirador de las Moscas, a place where people love to take some photos for its incredible views of the Palm Grove inside the Fataga ravine and the Dunes of Maspalomas. We continue the trip to the town of Fataga, where you will have time to visit the old center. We continue the journey towards San Bartolomé de Tirajana, to reach the towns of Ayacata and Tejeda, the highest point in the area. In the town of Tejeda we will visit a herbal tea museum to try some infusions of local herbs and also the old local almond patisseries. Continuing the trip we will arrive at the cave houses in Artenara, one of the most important and popular attractions on the island. On the way to Fontanales, we will stop at Mirador Monte Pavón for its spectacular views to take some photos of Las Palmas Capital and the neighboring island of Tenerife. In the town of Fontanales you can have a typical Canarian lunch (optional).
We will continue towards the town of Moya, through the wonderful valley of Los Tilos. To visit the church of Moya. Our last stop is in the coastal town of San Felipe along the north coast, we will be able to observe the Canary Banana plantations and the North Sea. Finally we cross the capital of the island to take the highway to the south.

Een geweldige dag gehad met Uwe die ons vele mooie plekjes heeft laten zien op Gran Canaria! Zeer de moeite waard om deze eilandtour te maken als je niet alleen maar aan de kust wil blijven maar ook de rijke geschiedenis van het eiland wil ervaren!
